Join in the fun!
Increase your fitness, self confidence & defense skills in a safe, supportive environment.
All skill levels and ages are welcome. First class is free.
The classes have a mixture of children, teenagers and adults - children are better if they are at least 6 but that depends on how focused they are.
Any skill level can join in - the more advanced add combinations and effort to each move, while the beginners work on the basics.

Torakan is a member of the Karate Union of Australia: a traditional, Budo Karate organisation. Torakan is also a member of the Australian Karate Federation, a sport Karate organisation which is within the World Karate Federation, the official Olympic, sport karate organisation.
